A 20% deposit to the value of the reservation and credit card details are required to confirm reservations. Balance is due no later than 7 days before arrival.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
A $125 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
No arrivals or departures on public holidays unless agreed at time of booking.
Pets by arrangement.
We change linen for longer stays each 7 days.
