Tariffs

All tariffs are based on a nightly rate for the whole property and includes, linen, free Wi-Fi  and utilities but does not include food, meals or drinks

• A one-off cleaning charge applies for each property
• The minimum stay is 2 nights for each property except Easter and Christmas/New Year
• All bookings over Easter have a 4 night minimum stay,
• Christmas and New Years Eve have a minimum stay of 5 nights.  No arrivals or departures on public holidays.
• A 20% deposit to the value of the reservation and credit card details are required to confirm reservations
• Pets by arrangement
• We change linen for longer stays each 7 days

$395 per night for up to 4 people
Maximum Occupancy – 4 plus baby
$95 cleaning charge (one off)
Includes: Power, firewood, linen, towels, essential toiletries, pantry items, local telephone calls and wireless broadband
Wanaka House
$525 per night for up to 6 adults
Maximum Occupancy – 8 plus baby
Extra Adults (18 years and over) - $50 per night
$125 cleaning charge (one-off)
Includes: Power, gas, linen, towels, essential toiletries, pantry items, local telephone calls and wireless broadband
